Return & Exchange Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.valorfp.com, you may initiate an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery. 

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging. 

  • To initiate the return/exchange process, please contact us with your purchase order number and request at (insert email address here) along with a photo of your item. 

  • Limited edition products do not qualify for refunds or exchanges. 

  • All items must be in unworn/new condition. Items that are damaged or used may be denied a refund/exchange. 

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your return/exchange to be processed. Your refund will be processed with the original form of payment used for the purchase when the item has been received. Your refund includes your payment for the item: Your original shipping costs incurred are non-refundable. ​

  • If an item you have received is damaged or you received the incorrect item, please contact us at support@valorfp.com. Exchanges will be shipped overnight once the return has been received.

  • ​We can provide shipping to all 50 states within the United States including overseas APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • All US orders are shipped via UPS or USPS

  • The estimated time of order fulfillment is 1-3 business days

  • Estimated time of delivery from when the order is placed 3-9 business days (shipping and fulfillment times may vary during holidays and unforeseen events eg. natural disasters)

  • Tracking information will be provided via the email that was input during checkout
